Welcome to luxturis.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and LuxTuris, LLC ("LuxTuris," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or buying our products, you agree to these Terms. Please read them.

What we sell

LuxTuris sells downloadable digital products: printable children's activity and heritage PDF books. These are digital files. Nothing physical ships to you. After purchase, you receive a download link to access your files.

Your purchase

When you buy a product, you agree to pay the listed price. Payments are handled by Stripe. Once your payment is confirmed, we deliver your download link. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, please review our Refund Policy before you buy. All sales are final except as described there.

The license we give you

When you buy one of our PDF books, we give you a limited license to use it. This means:

• You may use the file for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You may print copies for yourself, your family, or your own household.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the file or its contents.
• You may not use the file or its contents for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
• You may not upload the file to any public or shared platform, file-sharing site, or resale marketplace.

This license is personal to you. It does not transfer ownership of the product to you.

Intellectual property

All of our products, including the PDF books, their designs, artwork, and text, are owned by LuxTuris, LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. The website itself, including its content and branding, is also ours. Buying a product gives you the license described above and nothing more. All rights we do not expressly grant are reserved.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and products lawfully and honestly. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access, or infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's.

Disclaimer of warranties

We make our products with care, but we provide them "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
