Independent publication
An independent Caribbean culture publication.
LuxTuris tells West Indies stories with the patience they deserve: food, music, language, travel, island life, and the diaspora that carries it all abroad. Written from inside the culture, for everyone who lives it and everyone who wants to understand it.
Editorial standards
We publish original, lasting cultural writing: essays researched with care, guides that respect how the islands actually work, and a clean line between our editorial pages and our Heritage Books. If we cannot stand behind a claim, we do not print it.
Our voices
LuxTuris is written and edited by the LuxTuris Editorial Desk. As contributors join, their names, roles, and work will appear here. Every byline on this site belongs to a real person.
Corrections and contact
Corrections, clarifications, story ideas, collaboration notes, and product support can be sent to support@luxturis.com. Corrections should include the article URL and the requested change.
Publication mission
For readers, travelers, students, and the diaspora.
The Caribbean has never lacked remarkable stories. It has lacked enough people willing to tell them with patience. That is the work.
