What’s the opportunity?
Assist customers by phone, live chat and email with orders and service questions. The seasonal contract runs through December 20, with potential extension, variable Monday–Sunday shifts and full-time availability required.
What you’ll bring
- Strong written and spoken English; previous customer service experience preferred.
- Availability for weekend shifts and varying weekly schedules.
- Own compatible computer (Chromebooks excluded), reliable high-speed internet, headset and video capabilities.
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace. Contractors manage their own taxes and benefits.
